Foundation for Wellness Professionals
Dr. Ed Uhler grew up in Bellevue, PA where he was very active in karate. During a karate match when he was younger, he suffered a serious injury to his back. After several weeks of no improvement, he consulted a chiropractor at the advice of one of his instructors. Shortly thereafter, he noticed complete improvement. Following chiropractic care, he felt better than he did before the injury. He felt more flexible and stronger, and he knew what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
He attended Sherman College of Chiropractic, where he graduated in 1982. Following several years of practice in Michigan at various clinics, Drs. Ed and Sherry moved back to Pittsburgh. In 1997, they started Wilderness Chiropractic, Health and Wellness.
In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Ed focuses his practice on exercise rehabilitative care and physical therapeutics.
Dr. Ed enjoys staying active, and he regularly works out and runs. He also enjoys working on various projects and woodworking.
